I reached out to let wrightbizuk know that my order was missing. The reply I got was rude and, frankly, not useful at all. They completely ignored my complaint and showed no willingness to fix the issue. I'm done with this company from now on.

"Ordered 2 pairs, one fit great, the other not so much..."
I got 2 pairs, one in 36 waist and 33 leg, the black one fits just right, but the tan ones? Not at all!!!! The leg length is spot on, but the waist is way off, feels more like a 34 instead of a 36. Can I send these back for the correct 36 waist? Thanks a bunch!

"SPACIOUS TOOL STORAGE"
The toolbox seems alright, and the purchasing experience was quite smooth. Since it's a Christmas gift, I can't really comment on the actual item yet.

But let me tell ya, the delivery was a mess. DPD provided a delivery date, and I had to reschedule because I was gonna be out. I requested them to drop it off at my neighbor's place and got a confirmation for that. Came back home to find a card on the floor saying they couldn't deliver it since no one was around, and they took the package to a nearby store for me to collect. Clearly, there was some miscommunication.
